We’ve have multiple reports of customers experiencing speed issues over the last 8 hours. After some investigation we located a bad network card in one of our front-end (customer facing) servers. We’ve removed this server from the cluster until a replacement card is installed. In addition, our instrumentation/monitoring has been adjusted to detect this issue much faster. All customer speeds should be back to normal at this time.
